This policy explains what KopiBull collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we receive your email address, display name and sign-in provider. We store the watchlists, portfolio quantities, alerts and community posts or comments you choose to create. Portfolio holdings are private and are not displayed on the public forum.
Analytics and device information
KopiBull records first-party usage signals such as an anonymous session identifier, page path, referring site, campaign tags, coarse country, action type and whether a visit was signed in. Journey analytics do not include your email address, IP address or portfolio values. These analytics events are normally retained for up to 90 days. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, keep your saved selections available across devices, calculate portfolio and dividend views, deliver requested alerts, operate community features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve KopiBull.
Service providers
KopiBull uses service providers to operate the site, including Supabase for authentication, the sign-in provider you select such as Google, hosting and database services, Google Analytics, and email delivery services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and local storage
We use secure session cookies to keep you signed in and browser storage to preserve guest selections and site preferences. You can clear these through your browser, although doing so may sign you out or remove unsaved selections.
Retention, access and deletion
Account information and saved content are kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations and protect the site. To request access, correction or deletion, email welcome@kopibull.sg. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the service changes and will revise the date below.
